ABSolution!

ABSolution! Inside Look!

There is no short supply of exercise books on the market.  The question is:  Which book is right for you?  Here are some of the reasons you should consider ABSolution!  Progressive Core Training Made Simple.

1.  ABSolution! is written by a physical therapist.  Prevention and safety are built-in to the progressive format of each chapter.

2.  ABSolution! has simple, numbered instructions, and LOTS of cropped, color pictures.  Highlighted “cues” are provided to promote proper form.

3.  ABSolution! requires minimal to no equipment and all the exercises can be done at home!  No monthly dues, no waiting for a parking space or equipment, no peer pressure!

4.  ABSolution!, despite the “ABS” in the name, is focused on strengthening the entire core: abs, back, hips, shoulder blades.  A strong, healthy core allows the body to provide stability while controlling motion, an essential combination for injury prevention and optimum function/performance.

5.  ABSolution! is designed for all ability levels.  It is appropriate for people who have never performed exercises for their core, for people who are currently participating in physical therapy, for people who have “graduated” from physical therapy, for people who used to exercise, but have “fallen off the wagon”, for people with intermittent or chronic pain, for people with no pain, and even for people who exercise daily.

ABSolution! is currently available as a downloadable pdf, or ebook.  It is a 35 MB file, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space on your computer.  It looks great on an iPad with a pdf reader application, and I am currently working on a Kindle version as well.

Blog readers receive 50% off with discount code “blog”.  That’s $5.00 for 150 core exercises, 13 stretches, 20 workouts.

Thanks for reading!!  I hope you find my blog posts informative, and Carrie and Cami’s personal experience with ABSolution! entertaining and educational!

Be Well!

Hi…looks like this blog hasn’t been updated in a while. I’m interested in purchasing the ebook, but the link takes me to a “mobile me” is closed site. Is the ebook still available somewhere? Thanks!

      Hi Amy,

Sorry about that! I didn’t realize my site was connected to my old mobile me account. I will get it fixed asap. I will send you a free download of the book if you want to give me your email. I won’t approve the comment so that it will remain offline. Thanks for your interest!

Hi, that would be great, thank you! My email is alin.ziling@gmail.com.
P.S. I don’t know if you’re still working on fixing the purchase link or not, but it now gives an error message: “Http/1.1 Service Unavailable”, just fyi!
